XRAYMEDIA Announces Operational Split, to Operate as Parent and Four Subsidiary Public Companies
NEW YORK & VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 3, 2005--XRAYMEDIA, Inc., (OTCBB: XRYM - News), an industry leader in real-time negotiating technology, today announced its decision to split the divisions of expertise in XRAYMEDIA Inc., into five distinctly unique companies; LMM Technologies Inc., LOM Logistics Inc., XRAY Entertainment, Inc., XRAY Advertising, Inc., and its flagship Corporation XRAYMEDIA Inc.
All four subsidiary Companies are incorporated and registered in the State of Nevada. The Company has retained legal counsel to review the possibility of obtaining quotation status for these companies. The Company further intends that each shareholder of XRAYMEDIA Inc., OTCBB: XRYM will receive a dividend share of each subsidiary Company based on a percentage of shares of XRYM owned as of November 4th 2005, and such shares will be issued to each XRYM shareholder on November 7th, 2005.
Brand new websites for all five Corporations are currently in development and are intended for a launch late November 2005. XRAYMEDIA Inc. will serve as the main incubator to the four subsidiary Companies, which will be individually managed by industry professionals in their respective fields.
